💧 **Stay Hydrated**
* Keep a water bottle nearby and sip regularly – even if you’re not feeling thirsty.
* Encourage each other and our residents to drink often, too!
👕 **Dress for the Weather**
* Light, breathable fabrics like cotton or moisture-wicking materials can help.
* Stick to lighter colors that reflect heat.
🌀 **Take Cooling Breaks**
* Use shaded or air-conditioned areas for your breaks whenever possible.
* Use cooling wipes, fans, or damp cloths on your neck and wrists to refresh.
🍉 **Eat Light**
* Smaller, lighter meals can help you feel more comfortable and avoid sluggishness.
* Snack on fruits and veggies high in water like watermelon, cucumber, and oranges.
