We are delighted to announce that visiting will be starting once again from 1st July – though strictly by appointment only.

You will need to call Sycamore Lodge on 01724 856963 to book an appointment.

Appointments will be booked in 45-minute slots on Mondays to Fridays – morning and afternoon only, avoiding mealtimes.

Visitors will need to follow the 2-meter social distancing guidelines at all times, and appointments may be monitored to ensure social distancing.

Visiting will be held in the Conservatory and visitors will be let in through the gate. If you have a relative that is nursed in bed arrangements will be made to come through the nearest Fire Door with the shortest route possible.

Those entering Sycamore will need to wear the appropriate PPE. You are welcome to supply your own , or a package of suitable PPE will be provided at a small cost of £1.

We are asking visitors not to attend in large groups, and please keep to family members from their own household.

We are working extremely hard to keep everyone safe. Please respect this. No abuse will be tolerated towards staff. If this occurs then you will be asked to leave, and future appointments may be cancelled.

Please help keep us safe and do not visit if you feel unwell or if you have any of the symptoms highlighted below:

 New Continuous Cough
 High Temperature
 Lack of Taste and Smell

Safety remains our top priority. To ensure we are keeping all our residents and staff safe, visitors will be asked to complete a short questionnaire before your visit, and a temperature check of all visitors will be made on arrival. Please take the time to read the information provided about PPE and Handwashing.

Thank you for your continued support. We are very much looking forward to welcoming visitors back.

A Visitor’s Information Pack is now available for further information – please call in to collect one from the Front Office.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
